A specific case stemming from the birth of a baby boy in Sept. 2007 has New Jersey's highest court listening to experts weigh in on both sides. The mother and the infant both tested positive for cocaine at the time of the child's birth. Consequently, the mother was charged with neglect by the Department of Children and Families.

Passenger aboard flight to New Jersey accused of sexual abuse

When one man with no history of sexual assault landed in Newark after a cross-country flight, he landed in a mess of sex crime charges. The female passenger sitting next to him reports that she fell asleep with headphones on and an article of clothing on her lap, but awoke to the gentleman sitting next to her fondling her breasts with one hand while his other hand was down her pants. Consequently, the gentleman is now facing charges of sexual abuse in New Jersey.
